Enabling Billing Portal for Customers via the API, Webhook changes

Merchants with Billing Portal enabled can now allow their Customers to manage their Subscriptions in Portal, with the option of sending them an Invitation email, via the API. Please see https://docs.chargify.com/api-billing-portal for more details.

Merchants who use webhooks should also be aware as of Tuesday, April 15th, Chargify will now be sending a "payment_success" webhook for payments that are generated as the result of a component allocation change and proration. Chargify was previously not sending "payment_success" webhooks in such cases.
