It's imperative that you notify us if this changes. Our payment provider requires ip numbers to all servers that should have API access.

Why did you use a new IP suddenly (206.55.122.7)? This resulted in a payment fail with Quickpay:

payload[transaction][memo]: Merchant XXXXX not allowed from IP 206.55.122.7

    event : payment_failure

Quickpay requires all IPs that access their API to be specified in advance.

Added 3 new IP addresses to the list:

    199.58.109.32
    199.58.109.33
    199.58.109.35

Where are you announcing important changes like this? This is my dashboard right now (since I wasn't informed about the change): https://img.skitch.com/20120223-fwnfd6npths981355ax49t8x45.jpg

My customers has received an email warning telling them something is wrong with their credit card since Chargify wasn't able to bill them. I'll have to rethink my whole dunning process now since it seems like I can't trust the automatic tasks.

All customers using QuickPay must get an email when you add ip-numbers, or all payments from those new ip:s WILL FAIL every time. I hope you understand that you need to email us about important changes like these, and at least one week in advance. Thank you.

Please use the "Subscribe" link at the top of this page so that you will be notified of any changes via email.  We will update this page in advance of deploying any new servers that may contact the gateways from any new IP addresses.

I will email all QuickPay merchants to tell them the same, and add a link to this page from the QuickPay gateway settings page so that all new merchants will know as well.

We suddenly had some denials as well, since we didn't know anything about these new ip's.

I can't see any subscribe link at the top of this page either?

I saw when I posted a comment I suddenly got a Unsubscribe link at hte top right, so I guess I'm subscribed after commenting :)

We have added new IP addresses to this list in anticipation of bringing a new datacenter online.  The addresses are:

    50.112.130.129

    50.112.144.200

    50.112.147.117

    107.23.118.166

    107.23.119.26

    107.23.118.227

We'll also be notifying all potentially affected merchants shortly.

    We removed the old IPs:

    206.55.122.1
    206.55.122.2
    206.55.122.5
    206.55.122.7
    199.58.109.32
    199.58.109.33
    199.58.109.35

These were previously used in our old datacenter, but are no longer necessary.

Can we get the latest set of IP addresses available for Webhooks which we may have to set up on our Firewall. Currently we have used IP Address - "50.112.134.66", but still we are getting request timed out error.

Looking forward for a quick response and thanks in advance.

    Thanking you

@Jayanth: the latest IP addresses are listed at the top of this page, and 50.112.134.66 is not in that list.  If you are blocking inbound connections on your server that receives webhooks, you'll need to whitelist the listed IP addresses.

    Michael Klett,

Thanks for your early response, will use the list of IP Addresses mentioned on the top of the page.

The posting date is what prompted me to ask for the updated list of IP Addresses.

Once again thanks a lot for your help

Ah, I understand.  I made a note at the top of the page to clarify that we edit the post when we make an addition, so the latest list always appears at the top of the list!
